With the hour of anticipation finally upon us, Husker nation’s eyes turned to 2018 Top 100 wide receiver Joshua Moore as he announced his commitment today to the University of Nebraska. Moore chose the Huskers over schools such as Alabama, Texas, LSU, Florida State and notably Texas A&M.
Long thought to be a Nebraska lean over the last month, Husker fans were given pause as rumors swirled that he may follow his brother, 2018 defensive back Jordan Moore, to Texas A&M.
With Joshua’s commitment, the Cornhuskers have picked up one of the best wide receivers in the country and continue to ride a strong wave of momentum as their 2018 recruiting class quickly fills up with talented players.

One of the most touching stories of Joshua’s recruitment is his decision to make his official announcement on this particular date. On June 18, 2013, the Moore brothers lost their older brother Quintin on his 20th birthday. Joshua dedicated his announcement today in memory of his late sibling.
Joshua’s commitment moves Nebraska back to No. 9 in the 247sports team rankings. For highlights of Moore in action check out his Hudl highlights below.
